**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
* Handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, chat, email, and Teams
* Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented
* Educating callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
* Participating in required testing and training programs
* Working independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Adhering to assigned schedules and working overtime as required
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Exceptional time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Independent, sound decision-making, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
**Training and Development**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 12-14 week training program, which includes:
* On-site training for the first half of the program
* Multiple on-site training sessions for the last half of the program
* Rotating shifts, including early morning and evening hours
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
