We're growing rapidly and seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our VUE (blithequark Underwriting Experience) Team. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be part of a dynamic team that handles complex customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma
* 2 years' experience in customer service
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
