Your Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve: * Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish) * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking reputed company reputed company-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on reputed company issues * Upselling if required

Requirements
