POSITION OVERVIEW: Provides leadership for information technology (IT) learning and development, defining the vision and strategy to build workforce capabilities that support the organization’s technology goals. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop, implement and manage IT learning and development programs to support workforce skill development and capability growth 2. Ensure consistent adoption of training programs and learning tools across IT teams 3. Track and measure the impact of training initiatives through metrics, feedback and assessments, adjusting programs as needed 4. Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions 5. Promote best practices for learning, knowledge sharing and professional development across the IT organization 6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, and / or related field or equivalent formal training • Five (5) years of experience in training, learning and development or talent enablement within technology • Proven expertise in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs and learning tools • Experience tracking training effectiveness • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and modern learning technologies • Strong instructional design and training delivery skills to lead the development effective learning experiences • Analytical skills to assess training impact and drive improvements based on data • Communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of learning initiatives JOB CONDITIONS: • Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details: FedEx Freight is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. • Know Your Rights • Pay Transparency If you have a disability and you need assistance in order to apply for a position with FedEx Freight, please call 800-888-8252 or e-mail at ADAAssistance@freight.fedex.com.
