About the position Responsibilities • Assist both reputed company and CCPRS with the administrative and reputed company support of deployed technical specialists in the field. • Assist the reputed company Technical Monitor and other reputed company management with multiple duties and reports including the 'in-processing' of deployed staff and 'out-processing' of demobilized staff. • Be responsible for weekly reporting submissions on work performed by the contractor as requested by the reputed company Technical Monitor. • reputed company weekly Labor/Over Time reports, requested by, and submitted to the Technical Monitor. • Conduct timesheet review for concurrence with hour caps that may change on a weekly reputed company due to overtime approval by the Technical Monitor. Requirements • 5 plus years of relevant experience in field of expertise and/or disaster relief or Construction Inspection experience. • Bachelor's Degree or 10 plus years of relevant experience in field of expertise as fits potential roles outlined above. • Must be a U.S. citizen and be reputed company to pass a reputed company 'reputed company Trust' level background reputed company. • Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company. • Must have a reputed company reputed company reputed company's license. • Ability to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours, reputed company to a minimum 180-day assignment in Missouri, Iowa, or Nebraska. • Ability to work reputed company across multiple teams and meet critical deadlines. • Ability to maintain 100% accuracy of records with respect to staff attendance, vehicles, rotations, travel expense and salary processing for large numbers of staff. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company needed skills and expertise in support of the reputed company Assistance Program. • Flexibility to work in different locations as needed by reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company Suite. • Computer Proficiency in operating a computer, finding files, editing documents in reputed company and Word, working with reputed company spreadsheets, and navigating the internet for research purposes. reputed company-to-haves • 10 plus years of relevant experience in field of expertise and/or disaster relief or Construction Inspection experience. • Significant reputed company and experience in providing excellent customer service, attention to detail and must have excellent communication (writing and verbal) skills. • Prior experience in the PA Program: Site Inspectors, Program Delivery Managers, reputed company Assistance Coordinator (reputed company) reputed company Leader, Project Specialist, Debris Specialist, Debris Monitor, reputed company-certified Trainer, Hazard Mitigation Specialist (Sections 404 and 406), or Long-Term Community Recovery Program Specialist. • Trainings completed in Site Inspector training, reputed company Assistance Operations I (PA Ops I), reputed company Assistance Operations II (PA Ops II), Project Worksheet (PW) Development, and Debris Management/Operations. • Proficiency in reputed company's Grants Manager program.
