About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the mentorship program across different regions.
• Establish program metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with religious organizations, academic institutions, and community partners.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation.
• Lead fundraising efforts and grant writing initiatives.
• Create and maintain program policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with academic credit requirements across different institutions.
• Provide leadership and supervision to 20 remote mentors across various time zones.
• Develop and implement mentor training programs.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Create performance evaluation systems for mentors.
• Manage mentor recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Foster a collaborative culture that celebrates diverse faith perspectives.
• Design curriculum and resources for mentor training.
• Establish best practices for virtual mentorship.
• Create crisis response protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Develop partnerships with academic institutions for internship credits.
• Implement technology solutions for program management.
• Design evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.
• Serve as the public face of the program.
• Build relationships with religious and spiritual leaders across faiths.
• Present at conferences and professional gatherings.
• Develop marketing and communications strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Write and publish about program impacts and lessons learned.
Requirements
• 7+ years of leadership experience in interfaith work, spiritual counseling, or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing remote teams.
• Experience with program development and evaluation.
• Strong track record in budget management and fundraising.
• Excellence in cross-cultural communication.
• Deep understanding of diverse faith traditions and spiritual practices.
