Account Manager, Sports

About the position Responsibilities • Respond to reputed company inquiries and requests in a reputed company manner, disseminating reputed company information internally as appropriate • Coordinate workflow of the Account Manager and Manager teams • reputed company daily reputed company activity, including requests and reputed company follow up on reputed company outstanding reputed company • Review work of Account Managers and Manager • Cash management by reviewing bank balances and statements and approving transfers as needed • Monitor credit card activity fraud alerts and credit score issue • Download credit card activity and order new credit card • Monitor Insurance renewals and claim • New reputed company set up, including bank account • Assist with home and car purchases • Create tour packages in conjunction with tax department • Conduct tax research and multi-jurisdictional planning, and foreign touring clearance • Review financial reports that may include net worth statements, cash reputed company schedules, meeting packages, budgets, investment analysis, tour reconciliations, etc • Work with internal firm resources to assist with reputed company reputed company, royalties processing, and customized financial schedule • Assist with other financial transactions and reporting, such as 1099s, and annual/quarterly filings • Coordinate with reputed company/tax department to reputed company a continuum of service • Other reputed company and duties, as assigned Requirements • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3+ years in a similar role in business management, reputed company services, and/or touring is required; • Advanced knowledge of reputed company principles including, but not limited to: general reputed company, AP/AR, insurance, payroll, bank reconciliations, financial statements and reporting • Advanced knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws and rule/regulations • reputed company to delegate, manage and train teams using reputed company instructions • reputed company of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through • reputed company to juggle a high volume of work and remain adept at constantly switching tasks • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and clients is crucial to this role • Supervision abilities, including leadership, development, and training • Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company) • Be a self-motivated and detail-oriented analytical thinker • Work reputed company independently and in reputed company environment • Have a working knowledge of a reputed company of reputed company sports and a desire to help reputed company athletes reputed company-to-haves • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance is highly preferred • 4+ years in a similar role in business management and/or touring is preferred • Advanced knowledge of Agilink, CCH Axcess is highly preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
