Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NCR's products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Utilize technical expertise to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best support to customers.
Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
Serve as a subject matter expert for NCR's products and services and provide training to clients as needed.
Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or areas for improvement to management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work culture by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines.
Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service at all times.
