Phone Interviewer

As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews. Job Title: Phone Interviewer Location: Columbia, MO (NOT REMOTE) Pay reputed company: $14.50 - $15 per hour What's the Job? • Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift. • Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes. • Document necessary information accurately in the computer system. • Maintain a reputed company attitude while managing conversations with various personalities. • Work in a comfortable and casual office/reputed company center environment. • Fulltime and Part time hours available • Not a remote position What's Needed? • Ability to read and write proficiently. • Basic computer skills and the ability to type reputed company. • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition. • Dependability and a strong work ethic. • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
