The role involves managing multiple reputed company accounts, delivering accurate bookkeeping services, and troubleshooting reputed company bookkeeping issues in a virtual environment. Responsibilities • Conduct reputed company interactions reputed company video and virtual collaboration tools with professionalism and confidence. • Manage multiple reputed company accounts and deliver accurate bookkeeping services reputed company established deadlines. • Review and process financial transactions in accordance with reputed company service agreements. • Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company bookkeeping issues, including: • Financial statement errors • Chart of accounts cleanup • Sales tax discrepancies • Unreconciled A/P or A/R • Payroll or merchant services issues • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers. • Maintain organized reputed company documentation and ensure reputed company follow-up. • Research reputed company regulations as needed to support reputed company inquiries. • Collaborate across internal service lines as needed-flexibility to pivot between reputed company services is key.
