**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Lead – Operations and Administrative Support, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Assisting the Assistant Manager/PM with data entry operator responsibilities, including collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of clients
* Training, supervising, coaching, and counseling guest service employees to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Leading employees to comply with university and department policies and procedures, and providing consistent employee feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting expectations
* Resolving employee issues and escalating to senior leadership as necessary, while maintaining professional composure and confidentiality
* Ensuring department adherence to all applicable safety and loss-prevention procedures and best practices
* Upholding image standards through regular checks and employee briefings
* Disciplining department employees as necessary or appropriate
* Following up on work orders and resolving any complications efficiently and on time
* Efficiently transitioning shift handover to incoming lead by thoroughly communicating employee incidents and other area updates
* Assisting management with providing feedback on scheduling for operations
* Successfully completing all required administrative functions in a timely manner
* Assisting employees with credit card and reservation handling duties and inventory reconciliation
* Conducting regular supply inventory audits and overseeing items needed for move-in/out (e.g., labels, envelopes, signage)
* Maintaining and ordering supplies for booths, field office, and other areas as needed

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
* Excellent data entry skills, including fast typing and attention to detail
* Familiarity with spreadsheets and online files
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate teams
* Experience with conflict resolution and employee coaching
* Knowledge of university and department policies and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain logistics
* Familiarity with credit card and reservation handling procedures
