**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls**: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, listening actively to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information
* **Accessing Cardholder Accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
* **Processing Transactions**: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
* **Communicating with Customers**: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
* **Maintaining Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
* **Supporting Team Operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period. Ideal candidates will possess:

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* **Be at Least 18 Years Old**: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
* **Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer service role
* **Complete a Background Check**: Pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
* **Meet Internet and Equipment Requirements**: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
* **Have a Working Knowledge of Computers and Windows Applications**: Be proficient in using computers and Windows applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **1+ Years of Previous Call Center Experience**: Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and procedures
