  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate when necessary, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and updates, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in our software.
  • Document support issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM/ticketing system, contributing to our knowledge base and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to relay customer feedback and identify improvements, driving continuous enhancement of our products and services.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should be tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual).
