About the Role

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, fielding inbound calls from our customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices regarding patient pharmacy benefits. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices
  • Researching information in databases to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintaining composure in escalated situations
  • Operating accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
  • Attending virtual paid training sessions and maintaining 100% attendance during training

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience required
  • At least 1 year of work-at-home experience required
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • A professional and articulate voice
  • The ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Computer savviness and the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance
  • Basic math skills required
  • The ability to problem-solve
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and patient support services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work-at-Home Requirements

To work from home as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
  • Operating system – Windows 10 or newer
  • Webcam – Video available
  • The computer must have at least 4GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th generation or better
  • High-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
  • Upload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency under 100ms
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved
  • All hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
  • 2nd computer monitor or 1 monitor 32" or larger (TV's are compatible)
