These tasks may include online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and more. **Key Responsibilities**
* Complete various tasks and micro-tasks from home, including online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and more
* Use a computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and communicate with team members
* Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of completed tasks and research studies
* Participate in online training and orientation sessions to learn about new tasks and research studies
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth completion of tasks and research studies
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and research studies
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
**What You Need to Get Started**
