Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, unions, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
