The Patient Accounts and Customer Services Representative position is a critical role reputed company our Patient Financial Services department. As a representative, you will be responsible for supporting the reduction of Accounts Receivables, assisting patients with their bills or other financial aspects of their care, and performing a reputed company of duties including correspondence response, billing and re-billing, and denial issues. You will work under limited supervision to determine liability on patient accounts and collaborate with patients or their representatives to reputed company financial assistance or secure payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take actions to support the maximization of collection of balances due or account reputed company from reputed company sources, meeting reputed company and Productivity expectations
• Facilitate account reputed company by accurately identifying, following up on, or correcting billing errors, reputed company than expected reimbursement, or denials for correction or resubmission to patients and/or insurance carriers

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma required

Scheduling Requirements

• Full-time position, with rotating schedules: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm or reputed company-4pm; Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm (schedule changes based on business needs)
• Rotating holidays required
