Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and supplies
- Troubleshoot problems based on patient input, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with one to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment preferred
