**Job Overview**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance, and building strong relationships with clients and carriers. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position.
**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing
* Building strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure client satisfaction
* Understanding, introducing, and leveraging the products and services available as appropriate
* Updating and maintaining client accounts within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
* Residing in the state of Texas, as required by law
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active Property and Casualty License
* 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience, with exposure to high-net-worth accounts and carriers
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without technical jargon
* Self-confidence and the ability to make sound independent decisions
* Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools
* High-level professionalism and self-motivation, with a positive attitude and energetic personality

**Work Environment and Technical Requirements**
To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work environment and technical requirements:
* A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, such as children, family members, friends, and neighbors, pets, television and radio, outdoor activities, and video or audio recording
* High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, with an upload speed of 5 Mbps and a download speed of 16 Mbps
* A stable Internet service provider (ISP) with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms
* An available cell phone or tablet and the ability to install our required 2FA software for multifactor authentication
