Key Responsibilities
- Work remotely from your home office, utilizing the computer and equipment provided by blithequark to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support our field offices and customers during peak season, which typically starts in February and requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in your role

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment, to ensure alignment with our company values and culture
- Verification of internet speed, to ensure reliable and efficient connectivity
- Ability to pass a computer assessment, demonstrating your technical skills and proficiency
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen, as a condition of employment
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home successfully, you will need:
- An appropriate workspace in your home, with a private or semi-private area free from distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings, such as a desk and chair, and sufficient lighting
- A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection, with the ability to hardwire directly to a modem
