Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers to provide solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products.
  • Manage time and other resources effectively to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
  • Handle all interactions promptly and efficiently to minimize wait times and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered by blithequark to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in a minimum of 25 to 50 states.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or the insurance industry.
  • Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment.
  • Insurance industry sales experience.
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines.
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
