Key Responsibilities

- Manage time and other resources effectively to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
- Handle all interactions promptly and efficiently to minimize wait times and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered by blithequark to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in a minimum of 25 to 50 states.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or the insurance industry.
- Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment.
- Insurance industry sales experience.
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience.

- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
