**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* **Assisting Policyholders**: Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes requested.
* **Providing Recommendations**: Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Age**: You must be over 18 years of age.
* **Typing Speed**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
* **Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
* **6 Months Call Center Experience**: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to possess logical problem-solving skills.
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Strong organization and work prioritization skills are required.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps are required. Your internet connection must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN. Proof of internet speed is required.
