Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound faxes from healthcare providers regarding prescription approvals and verifying prescription details, such as provider information, patient data, and medication dosage

Essential Qualifications

- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, although other customer-facing roles will be considered
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with healthcare providers and patients
- Excellent attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
