**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving complex issues and providing technical support to our customers.
- Manage customer accounts, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient issue resolution.

**Essential Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- High level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
