Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule and Earnings

The majority of work hours for this role will be during weekdays and daytime, with the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you within client hours of operation. As a contractor, your earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements
