About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data and behavior to effectively segment our customer base, understanding personas and preferences to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Customer Engagement Campaigns: Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers, including email marketing, social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer referral initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates by creating and managing customer referral programs, testimonials, case studies, and reviews.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, designing targeted campaigns to promote additional products or services.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure consistent and relevant communication with customers at various touchpoints, including post-purchase follow-ups, onboarding materials, and regular updates about new features or offerings.
  • Customer Loyalty Programs: Plan and manage loyalty programs to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles.
