Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collect and enter accurate data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues efficiently
- Make outbound calls for appointment coordination, ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members
- Follow all department procedures and quality standards, staying up to date on policies and protocols

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
- Able to pass a Level II background check

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:
