Key Responsibilities

- Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, processing transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.
- Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry.

Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication principles.
- Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting, as required by blithequark's policies and procedures.
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training, ensuring that you are able to fully participate in our virtual training and development programs.
- Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, with a minimum upload and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, ensuring that you are able to work safely and efficiently from home.
