**Job Summary**
As a Part Time Customer Service Specialist Intermediate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to a variety of telephone inquiries from internal and external customers regarding their accounts, programs, benefits, and policies.
* Process calls efficiently, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
* Update customer information in various databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Provide clear explanations of programs, benefits, and policies to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
* Track the reason for each call to ensure successful resolution, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the team to share best practices, improve processes, and drive business growth.
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Good listening skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle multi-faceted tasks, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
* Location: Fort Worth, TX, or Evansville, IN.
* Training Schedule: In-person training schedule 8:30-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, for the first 3 weeks.
* Part Time Schedule: Following training, the schedule for this part-time 100% remote position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10 am to 3 pm CST each day.
