**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
* Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
* Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
* Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
* Refering unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
* Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
* Performing data entry accurately.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Possess a high school diploma or GED and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
**Program-Specific Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas)
* Fluent ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English
**Home Office Requirements**
To work from home, you must:
* Have reliable, high-speed internet service
* Maintain a minimum 20 Mbps download speed
* Use a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber
