Key Responsibilities

- Fielding inbound communication from our client's members via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels
- Utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance to help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes
- Conducting research and presenting customers with resolutions to their insurance needs
- Understanding members' life events that may offer sales cues and providing expert guidance
- Corresponding with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations
- Executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks
- Adhering to performance metrics and quality standards
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- A High School diploma or GED
