Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound communications (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) from clients regarding their insurance needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist clients with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes.
- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs, asking clarifying questions to gather more information and presenting them with personalized solutions.
- Correspond with clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations.
- Execute various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications
