About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to provide remote services to clients across Georgia and Tennessee. As a BCBA at blithequark, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Design and implement comprehensive behavior intervention programs using evidence-based practices and ABA principles.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs and other staff, ensuring treatment fidelity and consistency.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Offer training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies and ABA techniques.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Maintain open communication with families and caregivers regarding treatment progress, goals, and updates.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets the standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and other team members is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions as needed, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services and achieving desired outcomes.
