As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* **Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls** in a fast-paced environment
* **Listening actively to understand customer needs** and offering clear, accurate information
* **Accessing cardholder accounts** to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
* **Assisting cardholders with inquiries** regarding transactions and account statuses
* **Processing transactions efficiently** via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision
* **Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner** while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
* **Maintaining in-depth knowledge** of company and client programs, policies, and technology
* **Supporting team operations** during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
**Requirements**

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **1+ years of previous call center experience**
* **A strong background in customer service**, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
