Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team in the USA. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with at least six months of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with high-speed internet access meeting our technical requirements (download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms).
  • A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
