About the Role

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, working from the comfort of your own home in Texas. You will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from our customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices, providing expert guidance and support on patient pharmacy benefits, and resolving customer service issues in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices with their queries and concerns
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues and provide accurate and timely solutions
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations and de-escalate conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Participate in virtual paid training from the comfort of your own home, where you will learn about our products, services, and customer service best practices
  • Maintain 100% attendance during training and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • At least 1 year of work-at-home experience, with a proven track record of working independently and managing your time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal assistance, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Professional and articulate voice, with a strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once, while holding a conversation with a customer and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Computer savvy, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance and a strong understanding of computer applications and software
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a strong focus on finding solutions and resolving customer complaints
  • At least 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical information effectively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate and utilize CRM systems efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively

Work-at-Home Requirements

  • Desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
  • Operating system – Windows 10 or newer
  • Webcam – Video available
  • The computer must have at least 4GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th generation or better
  • High-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection, with no Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
  • Upload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable, with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency under 100ms
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended), with 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets not approved
  • All hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
  • 2nd computer monitor or 1 monitor 32" or larger (TV's are compatible)
