Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet)
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
