**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act.
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus.
