**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing product and solutions expertise to answer their questions quickly and confidently. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Familiarity with web-based applications and online ordering systems
