Essential Qualifications
- A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of six months of experience in customer service.
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with high-speed internet access meeting our technical requirements (download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms).
- A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools.
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
- Flexibility with at least 40 hours of availability per week, including at least 8 hours on one weekend day, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
