As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve performance-based bonus incentives, recognizing and rewarding your hard work and success.

- Someone who is flexible and able to work in a remote setting, with a secured workspace and reliable internet connection.
- Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check and provide vaccination status, where legally permissible.
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
- High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds, and a reliable ethernet connection.
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM and navigate our systems with ease.
- A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.
