You will be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team that plays a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance. This is a remote work from home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information. * Answer questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately document the information on the appropriate database. * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met. * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Superior customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues. * Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives. * Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions. * Have a desire to learn and grow within the company, with a focus on developing new skills and taking on new challenges. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and concepts. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives. * Experience working with a CRM or customer relationship management system. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. * Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives. * Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
