YouTube Outreach Specialist (Hiring Editors, Designers & Writers)
We’re hiring a YouTube Outreach Specialist to help us find and qualify freelancers for multiple YouTube channels.
You’ll post in Discord servers, freelance groups, and other communities to locate video editors, thumbnail designers, and scriptwriters, review their work, and organize them in our system.
You’ll be given detailed instructions, examples, and templates for each role. The goal is to bring in qualified, style-matched candidates quickly and accurately.
