Job Overview

As an eCommerce Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers across various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and live chat. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. You will advise customers on our products and services, process online orders, returns, and exchanges, and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Advise customers on our flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in NetSuite, liaising with our warehouse and shipping teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other third-party channels, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support across all platforms.
  • Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through our eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file carrier claims for damaged or lost items, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in good condition.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong service orientation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience with Intercom, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus, although we provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is desirable, although not essential, as we provide ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs when handling samples or coordinating shipments, although this is not a regular requirement of the role.
  • Eager to learn new tools, processes, and take on expanded responsibilities, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an eCommerce environment, although we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Knowledge of flooring products and services, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Experience with sales and customer service software, such as CRM systems, although not essential, as we provide ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
