Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative – Call Center Product Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders. Your expertise and knowledge will guide customers and referral sources through their orders, providing them with personalized support and ensuring that their needs are met in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers and referral sources through their orders for products/services, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless experiences
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize product and insurance resources to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Advise customers on shipping and order status, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on their orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with related experience in customer service preferred. Experience in the healthcare field, particularly in home medical equipment or supplies, wellness, and/or healthcare, is highly desirable. You should also have general computer knowledge and the ability to type 35 words per minute.
