Job Overview

The Data Entry Lead will play a vital role in our operations, assisting the Assistant Manager with Data Entry Operator responsibilities, including collecting and entering data in databases, maintaining accurate records of clients, and ensuring seamless team management. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Manager with Data Entry Operator responsibilities, including collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of clients
  • Train, supervise, coach, and counsel team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Lead employees to comply with blithequark's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Provide consistent employee feedback, maintaining professional composure and confidentiality as appropriate
  • Resolve employee issues, escalating to senior leadership as necessary, and ensure that all matters are handled in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensure department adherence to all applicable safety and loss-prevention procedures and best practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Uphold image standards through regular checks and employee briefings, ensuring that our team presents a professional and cohesive image
  • Discipline department employees as necessary or appropriate, following blithequark's policies and procedures
  • Follow up on work orders and resolve any complications efficiently and on time, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Efficiently transition shift handover to incoming lead by thoroughly communicating employee incidents and other area updates, ensuring seamless continuity
  • Assist management with providing feedback on scheduling for operations, contributing to the development of effective schedules that meet the needs of our clients
  • Successfully complete all required administrative functions in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist employees with credit card and reservation handling duties and inventory reconciliation, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure
  • Conduct regular supply inventory audits and oversee items needed for move-in/out, maintaining adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Maintain and order supplies for booths, field office, and other areas as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are available

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, team management, or a related field
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and coaching team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and clients
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
