About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Associate who is bilingual in Norwegian to join our Starlink team. As an early member of the Starlink Customer Support team, you will be the face of Starlink to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional overall experience. Your role will be crucial in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and designing simple, effective support interventions that improve our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.), being a relentless internal advocate for the customer within blithequark.
- Provide technical support to customers using hardware, software, and network expertise, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible assistance.
- Surface product, process, and training issues by pairing quantitative and qualitative methods, being the voice of the customer in the language of the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root-cause issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
- Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and help center collateral, ensuring that our support team has the resources they need to provide exceptional service.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate, demonstrating a foundation in education that will support your growth in this role.
- 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer support role, showing your ability to work directly with customers and resolve their issues effectively.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, allowing you to communicate seamlessly with our diverse customer base.

- Experience in a training, learning and development, analytics, service design, vendor management, or content management role, which could be beneficial in this position.
- Start-up, consulting, or other demonstrated experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, showing your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic situations.
- Technical aptitude, with experience in networking, hardware troubleshooting, software development, etc., which would be an asset in providing technical support to our customers.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including holidays, and be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of our customers.
- Must be available to work overtime hours and/or weekends as needed, demonstrating your commitment to ensuring our customers receive the support they need.
- This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the area, as we believe in the importance of face-to-face interaction and collaboration among our team members.
- After initial training, must be available to work 10 hours a day on one of the designated shifts, which may include evening or night shifts.
