As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that all customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
