Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual, a plus
