About the Role
We are seeking experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Perform application data entry, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet performance goals
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels and maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera for the training period
- Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required)
- Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- A high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivation, success-driven, and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable
- Spanish bilingual skills are highly valued
